Delivery and Shipping Policy

1.1 This delivery and shopping policy describes how orders made through our website will be delivered, the estimated delivery period and the charges.

2.1 Mainland UK orders over GBP 50 qualify for free standard delivery (including VAT).
2.2 For all other orders, delivery charges are as described in Section 5.

  1. Delivery methods and periods

4.1 Our delivery methods, as well as the time frames within which they are usually completed, are as follows:
(a) In the United Kingdom mainland, you can choose between Standard and Express delivery, which typically takes between 1 and 3 working days to deliver products.
4.2 During these time periods, if you place your order by 2pm GMT/BST on a working day, business closes on that day; if you place your order after 2pm GMT/BST on a working day or on a non-working day, business closes on the following working day.
4.3 Delivery periods set out in this Section 4 are indicative only, and whilst we will strive to deliver your order by the deadline, we cannot guarantee delivery before the deadline.
You may experience a delay in delivery if we conduct fraud screening checks before dispatch. We will notify you if fraud screening checks delay delivery.

  1. Delivery charges

5.1 During the checkout process, our website will automatically calculate delivery charges.
The delivery charges for your order will vary according to the delivery method you choose, the location of the delivery address, and the size and weight of your products.
5.3 We charge for delivery as follows:
(a) Delivery charges will be £4.99 for standard delivery.

6.2 Use the tracking link in your completed order email to track your delivery.

  1. Receipt and signature

7.1 Delivery service providers will notify you before attempting signature-required deliveries.

  1. Additional deliveries

8.1 In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, our delivery service provider will attempt to deliver your order at least once more.

  1. Collection

9.1 Our delivery service provider will leave a card at your address if your products remain undelivered after one more attempt to deliver them, with instructions on how to pick them up, along with a time limit.

  1. Delivery problems

10.1 In case of any delivery problems, please contact us using the contact details we publish on our website or otherwise inform you.
10.2 Our delivery service provider may agree to arrange for re-delivery of your products if they fail to deliver your products due to your fault, and you do not collect them within the relevant time limit. However, we reserve the right to charge you the actual costs of re-delivery (even if it was free of charge).).
10.3 Failure to deliver will be your fault in the following situations:
(a) the address you provided is incorrect;
(b) mistake in the delivery address provided;
(c) Inaccessible address for delivery;
(d) It is unsafe to access the delivery address;
(e) Products cannot be left at the delivery address without in-person receipt, and no one is available to accept delivery; or
(f) There is no one available to accept delivery and provide a signature at the address for delivery if in-person receipt is required
