Refund and Returns Policy



We have a 30-day policy. Refunds or exchanges are not available after 30 days.

In order to return an item, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. Original packaging is also required.

Returns are not allowed for certain goods. The return of perishable goods is not allowed. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and intimate or sanitary goods are not accepted.

Returned items must be accompanied by a receipt.

Manufacturers will not accept returns.

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know. Refund approval or rejection will also be notified to you.

Within a certain amount of time, if you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

The shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility. No refunds on shipping. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

Your exchanged product may take longer to reach you depending on where you live.
